The Content & Editorial Intern supports Northhold’s written output across research, editorial content, and long-form positioning. This role focuses on clarity of thought, structure, and narrative, turning complex ideas into precise, credible writing.
You will work on real material published under the Northhold name or used in client and venture-facing contexts.

At Northhold Capital, writing is treated as strategy, not marketing filler.
This role sits across Studio and Research work, supporting articles, case studies, and positioning pieces that shape how products, ventures, and ideas are understood. You will work closely with the founder and collaborators to refine tone, argument, and structure.
The internship is suited to writers who value precision, restraint, and substance over volume, and who want to learn how written thinking supports real commercial and strategic decisions.
Research and draft long-form articles and written insights
Edit and structure founder stories, case studies, and project narratives
Support positioning documents, decks, and written strategy material
Assist with outlining and refining arguments for clarity and flow
Maintain consistency of tone and editorial standards across outputs
Collaborate with Design and Strategy where content and narrative intersect
You are curious, thoughtful, and comfortable working in a small, high-trust environment. You care about clarity, structure, and doing work properly, even when no one is watching.
You are not looking for a large graduate programme or rigid hierarchy. You are interested in how ideas are shaped, refined, and communicated at an early stage, and you are willing to take responsibility for your output.
You are able to work independently, take feedback seriously, and improve quickly. You value discretion, good taste, and long-term thinking over speed or volume.
